Strategic Customer Care (SCC)

If you and/or your team have to have difficult conversations with clients or deals with difficult people, this course will help you get to the next level & keep clients satisfied also.

This is a 10-week program offered twice per year, and is designed for anyone who deals with customers who might be:

  • Looking for effective communication strategies to help them with their most valuable clients and/or prospects
  • Lacking the right tools and strategies to effectively interact with their clientele
  • Frustrated with difficult customers and/or difficult conversations
  • Tired of struggling to ask the right questions
  • Wanting to be a part of business growth and creating a formula for success
