If you and/or your team have to have difficult conversations with clients or deals with difficult people, this course will help you get to the next level & keep clients satisfied also.
This is a 10-week program offered twice per year, and is designed for anyone who deals with customers who might be:

Looking for effective communication strategies to help them with their most valuable clients and/or prospects

Lacking the right tools and strategies to effectively interact with their clientele

Frustrated with difficult customers and/or difficult conversations
